This is the phase where I gather neccessary information and insights. I usually conduct interviews, surveys, and observations to gain a deep understanding of the user's needs and pain points.
In this stage, I define a clear and focused problem statement. This involves synthesizing the research and pin-pointing the most critical issues to address. The goal is to create a well-defined problem that will guide the rest of the design process.
In this stage, I brainstorm and generate a wide range of creative solutions to the problem defined in the previous phase. The goal is to gather problem solving ideas.
After gathering the most promising concepts. I refine and develop them into tangible designs. This involves creating sketches, wireframes, high fidelity designs, prototypes, or any other representations of my solutions.
In this phase, I conduct usability testing with real users and gather feedbacks. The aim is to ensure that your solutions effectively address the defined problem and meet the needs of your target audience. For hand-off, I prepare documentation such as design system, provide interactive prototype and lastly make myself available for collaborations.
